I’m a newcomer; I landed in the country during a pandemic, and I was really struggling to find a rental place. Michael stepped up, took the time to explain the process, and set up an action plan to find me a great rental place within a few days. Michael was always very responsive, positive, hard-working, and caring. His advice was genuine; he gave particular attention to my needs and acted accordingly. We found a perfect place for me. Michael was even there during my move-in to make sure I was satisfied with the place, and he checked in a week later to make sure I was doing well. Today, I consider Michael a friend, and I will definitely reach out to him whenever I need an awesome realtor.
